I have lived in many states in my life and the beautiful North Carolina landscape is certainly one of my favorite places. After moving several times for career purposes, I learned that “I didn’t know what I thought I knew” and until I had an agent who listened to me and took the time to educate me on the finer points of the real estate process and home preparation, did I realize the importance of having a realtor who is not only knowledgeable but someone I could trust. After selling my last property, I decided that I would like to help others during one of the most important, and possibly stressful events, of a lifetime, the buying and/or selling of a home.
