At adorn REALTY we help clients buy and sell houses, but each of these houses are actually precious homes, communities, family and friends thus we as a company practice community service as a firm. Our client appreciation events, team activities and cooperate functions are meant to encourage community and good will among the residents of our cities. Below are some highlights from recent adorn REALTY community and client events.

We have hundreds of connections to amazing people like you to thank for this successful year--from buyers and sellers, inspectors, appraisers, lenders and vendors too. I wanted to share something with you that is near and dear to my heart and invite you to partner with me to make a difference in the life of a child. When my girls were little, we packed Operation Christmas Child boxes, and it was always such a sweet time to help teach them about generosity, geography and about the most important gift- the gift of life and salvation.
Operation Christmas Child is a ministry of Samaritan's Purse on mission to deliver Christmas Shoe Boxes to children in 100 countries all over the world. This year their goal is to deliver 12 million boxes to 12 million kids in villages around the world– and we want to be a part of such an amazing adventure! We believe at adorn REALTY we can come together to pack 100 boxes!

The adorn REALTY team kicks off the spring Real Estate season with an annual Easter Egg hunt and family cookout with all of our clients and vendors from the year. For the last 30 years, The Carying Place with tremendous cooperation and support from the Town of Cary and the Realtor Giving Network as well as community members like each of us seek to serve the “Hidden Homeless” in and around the Triangle by providing housing for working homeless families with children under 18 years old and providing budgeting, financial literacy, job training and so much more!
Did you know it takes about $38.00 an hour in wages to afford a simple two bedroom apartment in Wake County and many in our community who work as teachers, firefighters and community service employees don't bring home enough!! They are just one car accident or unexpected illness and medical bill away from homelessness. A devastating divorce, horrific house fire or cancer diagnosis can be the difference between secure housing and homelessness. These are the families the Carying Place seek to serve. |
How can we all help? They need volunteers, they need connections to landlords and investors with affordable housing options and they need our support. Thank you @jacksonlawnc for hosting such a wonderful & informative event!!

We have so much to be grateful for in2023! Thank you for an amazing year! This year was great in so many ways but mainly because YOU made it amazing. Our hearts are exploding with GRATITUDE to all of our people- those of you who bought or sold a house with us, those who referred us to someone they knew thinking of buying or selling, those who are our biggest cheerleaders, those vendors who always have our back, those lenders/attorneys/inspectors/appraisers who help get us to the closing table, those of you on our team who are always supportive and step in to help when needed, and most importantly- our sweet families who are our BIGGEST FANS!

In the spring of 2023, adorn REALTY hosted family cookout and dog walk to benefit the Wake County SPCA. Clients brought out their furry family members to enjoy hotdogs and a dog walk at Falls Lake Park. Do you need a new home with a fenced yard? We can help!

This summer we gathered our families together to cookout and spend some time enjoying the summer sun at a pool party and cookout. A great time was had by all.

Our very own Kristie McCullen ad Britni Johnson baked and packaged 500 cookies for our team to deliver to some special clients and referral partners! But when "MOM" isn't home to receive the delivery, they can say "WOW" and be eaten by anybody!

Canned Food Drive September 2021
This crazy real estate business is about relationships and community and this year, adorn REALTY had the privilege to partner with Jeremiah Jackson and Jackson Law to serve our community and the Food Bank of Eastern and Central NC--Thanks to our amazing team of agents who were able to donate 150 cans to a GREAT cause!
