Shannon was born in Iowa City, Iowa and moved to North Carolina when she was just 5 years old and grew up in the Knightdale area. She attended and graduated from Campbell University in 2004 where she received her Bachelor of Science in Physical Education degree. In 2004, Shannon met her husband Jon and began their family together. They lived in Durham for 8 years before moving to Raleigh. They have two children Shawn and Summer, and a chocolate lab named Beau. Shannon was a stay home mom for 5 years until both my kids were in school. After watching and loving tons HGTV, and selling and building her own home she realized her love for real estate. Shannon has a special passion for remodeling and making the old new again. Having grown up and living the the triangle almost her whole life has given her a great knowledge of the area. Shannon has been sharing her passion for buying and selling homes with clients for over 7 years!
