Hi everyone! My name is Logan Greene and I'm excited to be your agent! I am an eastern North Carolina native and have lived in the Triangle for over a decade. Go Duke! Over those years I have worked with a concrete finishing company, been an on-site agent for a Durham home builder, and assisted with a local property management company and home builder. A few years ago I put all of those skills together and finally decided to go into general brokerage.
The biggest joy I get from real estate isn't at the closing table, it's the months after. Receiving texts or phone calls from past clients that say "So excited to host our first Christmas in our new home" or "Thank you for selling my home for top dollar so that we can be closer to our grandkids" are the reasons I do what I do. Building relationships and helping others make their dreams come true are my top priorities. The best compliment someone can give is trusting me to take care of their friends or family on the biggest purchase or sale of their life. In my free time you can usually find me at Emerald Isle with my husband (Scott) and our kids (6 year old Charlotte and 13 year old Mason), going to one of my kids many sporting events or reading a Stephen King book. |
