ITB (inside the beltline)

"ITB" is a locally used term that refers to the region located inside the interstate beltline of Raleigh, and the inner beltline refers to the I-440 Interstate that circles Raleigh and its downtown area. Known for it's historic and charming homes many neighborhoods offer that classic Southern feel.
