Knightdale NC has experienced a significant population BOOM corresponding to the expansion of HYWY 540. Knightdale Station park and many shopping centers have contributed to the revitalization of this charming community

Durham is a diverse city in the Research Triangle Region, known for its many technology companies, pharmaceutical research labs, fun foodie trends and scholarly institutions.

Chapel Hill is know as the southern side of heaven and is know to have both southern charm as well as modern amenities. The downtown area hosts the social life for the University and community alike.

The crystal coast is 85 miles of gorgeous coastline on the southern most part of the Outer Banks.  It’s known for its sparkling waters and wide sandy beaches, with lots to do, but also filled with serenity.  A quick commute from the Triangle area is about to get even shorter with the current construction of Interstate 42.  Raleigh to the Crystal Coast will be just two hours! The southern facing beaches of Crystal Coast are made up of several different desirable towns.  
 Emerald Isle was recently rated #2 must see beaches in the South by USA Today and historic Beaufort is often listed on the favorite small town list by Travel and Leisure. Atlantic Beach and Morehead City have lots of amazing restaurants and family fun.  Pine Knoll Shores features secluded beaches, the North Carolina aquarium, and the untouched reserve known as Theodore Roosevelt natural area. Nearby Indian beach and Salter Path also offer lush, coastal forests and beautiful beaches.

Celebrating its turn-of-the-century railroad heritage, the charming town of Apex features more than 60 commercial and residential structures dating from 1870 to 1940.  Stroll through the quaint, pedestrian-friendly downtown of thriving businesses.

Full of Southern charm, Rolesville, Wake Counties second oldest city is poised for growth. Voted one of North Carolina's safest cities Rolesville has grown leaps and bounds since the last census in 2020.

Located just north of Raleigh, Wake Forest is a beautiful small town with enough history, culture and activities to keep travelers entertained for days on end. Stroll through the historic downtown district, home to a charming community of art galleries, shops and restaurants.

From Pharmaceuticals to farmland, Clayton has it all and is very likely the fastest growing suburb in the Triangle. There is a thriving arts as well as business community. Parks, restaurants and a relatively reasonable cost of living make Clayton a popular community for home owners.

Raleigh is situated 2 hours from the beach and/or two hours from the mountains and has four stunning and unique seasons, all prefect for those that love adventure.
