I was working in real estate long before I became a licensed Realtor in 2015. I owned and sold a dozen of my own homes and my husband and I rehabbed a few homes and have held rental properties. Ellen is AMAZING!Ellen was absolutely amazing. She has helped us buy 2 homes and sell one home. She is patient, kind, and extremely helpful. We felt like we could just sit back and relax because she was on top of every item on the to-do list. We actually called her because we were about to purchase a home on a whim and figured we would add her as our buyer’s agent. She could have just signed and walked away with the money, but she let us know that she didn’t think it was a good investment. And then spent months and months helping us find the perfect home. Over Our Asking PriceEllen came in and told us exactly what she was going to do, and exactly what we needed to do to get the most money from the sale of the house. I fought her on her recommendations (mostly because I didn’t want to expend the energy or money), but did them anyways because down deep I knew she was right. In the end her knowledge of the real estate market proved to be correct. Our house sold the first day for over asking. She guided us through the closing process, and set up workers to resolve the buyer’s issues. The people she knew were good and reasonably priced. Wonder Woman!It was sheer luck that I found Ellen Thabet! Wanting to make a long distance move from CA to NC and not being in a position to purchase for another year, Ellen was positive, kept in touch and was so supportive.
