Hey Y'all! My name is Ashley Brooks. I was born and raised in Raleigh. Raleigh has my heart and will always be home to me. I fell in love with real estate at an early age. Growing up I went to all the Parade Of Homes and shadowed along with my father, who is a custom builder here in the Triangle. I am very knowledgeable in the market and have extensive experience in the Raleigh Market and surrounding areas. My favorite part about real estate is the people. At the end of every transaction I feel like I've gained a new friend! Real estate opens up my creative outlet and allows me to always have an excuse to throw a party ;) My goal is to provide an amazing, stress free and fun real estate transaction while creating lasting relationships between my clients, referral partners, and vendors. Taking Advice!Hi, I am a builder, developer, broker, and have been investing in real estate for over 30 years. I am also Ashley’s dad. We often bounce real estate ideas off each other and she sometimes will even ask my advice! She has done a great job opening her company, is very knowledgeable about real estate and I’m proud of her. That being said it is also hard to take advice from your daughter especially in a field I have 30+ years of experience. We recently listed our personal house with Ash. Even though it was a hot market our house was at the top end and there would be fewer qualified buyers. During coming soon I immediately received a full price offer! Ashley said do not take it! She said let it go to market you will get multiple offers. I did not think this would happen at the top end of the market and was even afraid of losing the the interested buyer but trusting she had her finger on the market I reluctantly took her advice. New Town, New FriendsAshley is an incredible realtor. We were referred to her by a family friend (as we moved from out of state) and after meeting her the first time we knew she was the person to help us. We were first time home buyers in the worst market I imagine possible. We looked at homes for about 10 weekends straight and Ashley was there every step of the way through multiple offers. She helped us know what was important to look for in a home, how to write a competitive but not outrageous offer, and she became one of our friends. Multiple OffersThey say buying and selling a house is one of the most stressful things to go through. After having Ashley as our realtor, I no longer believe that statement. The most stressful part of buying our most recent house was going up against so many other bids. Our offer not was the highest but with Ashley’s advice, we won the house. We have bought and sold multiple houses in multiple states, all with different realtors, and Ashley was by far the most reachable and reliable. Relocation!Relocation is physically, mentally, and emotionally tough. Ashley Brooks made our new home purchase and relocation something memorable for all the right reasons. Ashley took the time to get to know us as a family. She was thorough to discover what our wants and needs were in a new home. She took us to see a few homes during our only trip to Raleigh (and last minute at that) prior to our move. My wife and I recently decided to “gather information” on the Real Estate market in our area. I know several Realtors but had been impressed with Ashley Brooks when I met her at a business function so I invited her to sit down with my wife and I for an initial consultation.
